Farhad Azizi is an industry veteran with over a decade of management experience in construction, banking, hospitality and oil and gas. He currently holds several positions, serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Azizi Developments, a leading real estate developer based in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, and leading the boutique real estate development firm Main Tür GmbH, and property management firm FMA, in Frankfurt, Germany.
Dr. Bettina Eisenaecher holds several positions, currently also serving as the Managing Director and Owner Be. REPORTING GmbH, a German consulting firm that advises large multinational corporations on financial risk management, liquidity management systems, sales controlling systems, and managing stock market risks.
Kurt Mandau, the renowned and highly esteemed interior design artist, is Main Tür’s Director of Interior Design. A creative and perfectionist mind that finds true pleasure in conceptualizing and overseeing the interiors of Main Tür’s projects, he is a one-of-a-kind artiste who knows how to get the very best out of a home, both in terms of aesthetics and functionality.
Tizian H. G. Raab is Main Tür’s business development, sales and marketing expert. Originally from Frankfurt, Germany, and with an international, quintilingual background comprising eight countries, including France, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Aruba (Caribbean), the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, Tizian heads the firm’s local and transnational growth strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales efforts.
AD&D (Architecture Design & Development) is the agency that was selected to design Main Tür’s off-plan projects. Founded and led by Ava Monshi (B’Arch. Univ. of Tehran) and Florian Oettl (Dipl.Arch. hons. Berlin Univ. of Technology and M.Arch. SciArc Los Angeles), AD&D’s international team combines the creation of architecture and interior design with a way of thinking and research that fosters artistic, high-quality designs and tailor-made concepts. AD&D works rigorously in scenarios, variations and alternatives with all media available such as hand sketches, physical models, drawings and renderings to constantly test the limits of outcomes and find the best possible solution for a given design objective. The focus is on sustainable, whole-lifecycle building concepts that use the latest building standards and contribute to the global, 21st-century discourse of architecture and interior design.
