Farhad Azizi is an industry veteran with over a decade of management experience in construction, banking, hospitality and oil and gas. He currently holds several positions, serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Azizi Developments, a leading real estate developer based in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, and leading the boutique real estate development firm Main Tür GmbH, and property management firm FMA, in Frankfurt, Germany.

Farhad is the driving force behind Main Tür, overseeing the firm’s operations and management and providing strategic leadership, guidance and direction to the top management.

A business strategist and real estate expert with a customer-centric mindset and profound business insights, Farhad has an exemplary track record in project implementation and has contributed substantially to the value of various organisations.

Farhad holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Languages from the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from Suffolk Boston University, Massachusetts. He is proficient in English, Pashto, and Farsi, and speaks German, French, Russian and Arabic on a conversational level.

In 2019, Farhad has been featured in Arabian Business’ GCC 100 Inspiring Leaders List.

A committed philanthropist, he is passionately involved in social causes. Through the Azizi Foundation, he strives to empower the underprivileged and leads public initiatives that enhance the well-being of people in need.

Dr. Bettina Eisenaecher holds several positions, currently also serving as the Managing Director and Owner Be. REPORTING GmbH, a German consulting firm that advises large multinational corporations on financial risk management, liquidity management systems, sales controlling systems, and managing stock market risks.

She has previously held senior executive positions at a Frankfurt-based consulting firm where she was responsible for developing and overseeing the financial market strategies of internationally operating groups of companies and building up the finance, risk management, and controlling functions of large German corporations, including many listed on the DAX 30.

Bettina holds a diploma in Economics and a PhD in Asset Backed Securities from Justus-Liebig University. She now reinforces Main Tür’s operations through her extensive experience.

Kurt Mandau, the renowned and highly esteemed interior design artist, is Main Tür’s Director of Interior Design. A creative and perfectionist mind that finds true pleasure in conceptualizing and overseeing the interiors of Main Tür’s projects, he is a one-of-a-kind artiste who knows how to get the very best out of a home, both in terms of aesthetics and functionality.

With decades of experience as an interior architect and a dedicated focus on innovative designs and leveraging new products and techniques, Kurt has enhanced the lives of countless exclusive private residential clients.

While he personally designs all of Main Tür and FMA’s properties, he is also heavily involved across all operations and management, allowing for all of Main Tür’s designer-made projects to be centered around his bespoke visions.

Kurt has a multicultural background, having spent half of his life in Canada, and the other half in Germany, where he obtained his Dipl. Ing. in Interior Architecture from the FH Darmstadt. He has had several private projects published in ‘Schöner Wohnen’, a recognition of – and testament to – their innovative design and detail.

Tizian H. G. Raab is Main Tür’s business development, sales and marketing expert. Originally from Frankfurt, Germany, and with an international, quintilingual background comprising eight countries, including France, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Aruba (Caribbean), the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, Tizian heads the firm’s local and transnational growth strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales efforts.

An award-winning practitioner with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management and a Master’s degree with Merit Award in Marketing & Business Analysis from the University of Edinburgh Business School, one of world’s top 1% of triple-accredited business schools, Tizian brings with him in-depth expertise on how to drive sales in today’s globalised, digital era.

He has previously worked for the likes of the BMW Group, Ketchum Raad Middle East, where he oversaw clients such as CNN, McKinsey & Co., Kempinski, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Airbus, and Azizi Developments, where he has held senior positions in the field of public relations, sales and marketing. Tizian has also founded several successful businesses across various countries, including Omnipresence Digital Marketing Solutions, a UK-based, Google-accredited digital marketing agency. Moreover, he is a certified Facebook Business Manager and holds a plethora of certifications in the realm of online marketing from Google and Moz, among others.
