Location Quality
We only invest in locations with sustainably high demand — primarily in the Main-Taunus district and inner-city Frankfurt residential areas. Every acquisition is thoroughly assessed for market viability, development potential and long-term value growth.

Equity Discipline
Land acquisitions are primarily funded from equity. Construction financing is only initiated after planning permission is secured. This conservative approach minimises development risk and ensures project continuity.

Long-Term Ownership
Completed residential projects are primarily retained and let on a long-term basis. Selectively, developments are also realised for sale to end investors (Buy & Sell).
